ORDERING PROCESS & PAYMENT
Our website has an online shop powered by WooCommerce and has https:// encryption via an SSL certificate to ensure any data passed between your browser and the web server (where this website is hosted) is encrypted.
Payment is securely processed via PayPal, who process all online payments.
We try to ensure that we update our online shop as soon as we are out of stock, however it is possible that we don’t get to it in time. We apologise in advance if the product you make is no longer available; we will of course honour a full refund or choice of alternative product. Please get in touch!

We aim to despatch your order within three working days of it being placed. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
Please allow 2-3 working days (Mon – Fri) for delivery.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
If you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be exchanged or returned to us using the following steps. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible!
If you return the product in its original condition (e.g. clothing unworn), we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with the same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how best to proceed.
