North East Trail Centre Organisation (NETCO) is now 1 year into the journey to bring a Mountain Bike Trail centre to Aberdeenshire, so it’s time to hold our first AGM. This is something that we must do as part of our charity’s constitution, however this doesn’t mean that this has to be your average boring AGM… Quite the opposite in fact!
During the evening, the NETCO committee will give you an update on progress, quickly run through our financial report and explain the next steps involved with making this dream a reality. We’ll also be looking to raise a bit more cash for the charity by raffling off some pretty tasty prizes and selling some top quality exclusive NETCO t-shirts.
As well as allowing the committee to give you an update on progress, one of the main benefits of this AGM will be to allow you, the biking public, to get involved with the project. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback and make suggestions on what we could do to improve.
The involvement of the North East Mountain Bike community is absolutely crucial for the success of this project, so please vote with your feet and demonstrate to our potential investors that there is huge support for this project by turning up to the AGM. After all, it’s an excuse to drink beer on a school night! And what Mountain Biker doesn’t enjoy that?
